The second day began with the fitness finals which brought 2 gold medals to Ukraine and 1 to Slovakia. In women’s short class big changes: 2016 world champion Kristina Koroljak (Estonia) dropped to 3rd place, the runner-up Dominika Multanova (Slovakia) – to 6th position. 2017 European champion Michaela Pavleova (Slovakia) won the world title this time, ahead of Evgenia Mishchenko (Russia) who moved up from 4thh place last year.
In tall class, over 163 cm, the incredible battle of the former multiple world junior champion Oksana Orobets (Ukraine) and amazing former children fitness star, 17-years-old Kristina Juricova (Slovakia), who performed outstanding routine, winning both routine rounds and finally they were tied 28:28. In this case the winner of the physique round is declared the champion, so the world title went to Orobets. Not so far behind them (only 2 points!) finished the Estonian star Endla Vaher who was also very impressive.

The Men’s Fitness was not less attractive as all finalists displayed an incredible level of technical skills and perfect body condition. Last year in Bialystok, the Ukrainian star Nazar Kharkhun lost to Oleg Anissimov (Estonia). This time Anissimov didn’t come to defend the title but Kharkhun met a very demanding opponent, Evgeny Shobik (Russia). Kharkhun won both routine rounds (due to his unbelievable strength moves) but Shobik won both physique rounds, so the mathematics decided in this case and it was more “friendly” to Kharkhun who won by 2 points only.

Women’s Physique up to 163 cm: 49-years-old Natalia Bystrova (Russia) had no real challenger and won almost unanimously, showing perfect body conditions. Other finalists could only fight for the silver medal and it went once again, year by year, to Andrijana Dabic (Austria).
Women’s Physique up to 163 cm: all medals went to new stars: Olga Bogrunova (Russia), Oleksandra Dubinina (Ukraine) and Victoria Myslik (Canada). Overall title to Natalia Bystrova but by 1 point only (7:8).

Mixed Pairs: not so many couples, 4 only, and title for the well-known, experienced competitors from Malta: Blanche Coppola & Ralph Decelis.

And the last part of the Sunday battle: 4 bikini fitness categories and the series of the Russian girls triumphs, sometimes double wins. But the first class, up to 166 cm, went to Ukrainian star Kristina Tokareva (by 1 point only over Timea Trajtelova), who added this new title to her previously won the 2017 European title.
In 169 cm class great duel of the European champion Oksana Brygidyr vs. Ekaterina Andreeva, who placed 4th at the 2017 European Championships but in 172 cm class. This time Andreeva appeared unbeatable and clearly won this battle.
In 172 cm category, the next close duel between two Russian girls: 2016 World Championships runner-up Ekaterina Lapteva and 2017 European Championships bronze medal winner Alla Kireeva. Lapteva was better scored (by 2 points).
The next two Russian girls at the top in the over 172 cm category. And the battle was very interesting because famous Natalya Lugovskih lost the first round to her less experienced team-mate Galina Maslovskaia 9:8! The big sensation was in the air but Lugovskih somehow managed to reverse this situation and won the final round 8:12. This victory was worthy the overall title, which she won much easier (8:16) over Andreeva.
