  • 8 oz of Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ Cup of Granola
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Strawberries

Feel free to add anything you see fit. Dress up your bowl and enjoy! Just be aware of the calories added with every ingredient. It’s very simple to take a balanced, healthy meal and turn it into something not so healthy.
