1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup protein powder
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut nectar
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts of choice
2 tbs pure dark chocolate chips
2 tbs almond milk (Add more as needed to get mixture to a soft cookie dough texture)
Sprinkle of cinnamon


  1. Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl
  2. Spread mixture into 8×11 pan
  3. Place in freezer for 1 hour to harden and set
  4. Cut into bite size squares
  5. Move and store in fridge
