Multipower

This month, Healthy Jon shares his latest quick and delicious protein-packed recipe – his chocolate protein mug cake!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp. of buckwheat flour

2 tbsp. of milk

1 tbsp. of Multipower chocolate 100% Whey Isolate protein powder*

1 tbsp. of cacao

1 tbsp. of yoghurt

2 tsp. of maple syrup

1/3 tsp. of melted coconut oil

1/4 tsp. of baking powder

1/4 tsp. of vanilla essence

Instructions:

1. Grease a ramekin or small mug

2. Melt coconut oil in microwave on a low power setting

3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl

4. Transfer to ramekin and pop into the microwave for 3 minutes at 30% of full power

5. Remove from the microwave and let the cake stand for at least 1 minute to cool down a little
